Guatemala Missions Support

This weekend, we are thankful to the Lord of the Nations for a chance to pray for, support, and learn about the Spirit’s work in Guatemala!

There are two events we want you to be aware of: on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Saturday Night
Meeting at the Garner Inn & Suites, there is a wonderful meeting planned at 6pm with GoServ Global, missionary Mark Lee, and native Guatemalan Melissa. This event will be part open house, part pot luck, and part informational meeting where you will get to hear what God is doing in Guatemala and talk with Mark and Melissa.

Please bring a side dish to share. No RSVP is necessary. You can learn about supporting a child through GoServ Global here.

Mark Lee and his wife Kelly are missionaries with GoServ Global in Guatemala. After ministry in Iowa, they were used of God to plant Inheritance Church in Guatemala, and now lead teams to support the efforts in the church and Christian school they started. Find more about their ministry here.

Sunday Morning
Mark Lee and Melissa will be in worship this Lord’s Day at Zion! There will be further opportunities to hear spiritual developments, pray for and commission them in the Spirit’s power, and support the ministry. Please make sure to join us for worship at 9:30 this Sunday!

At Zion, we love that we serve a God of every people, tribe, and tongue (Revelation 5:9-10), and that the Lord of the Harvest has called us to pray, to serve, and to go (Luke 10:2)! Will you join us in eager, prayerful, support of missions?! We pray for the Lord to plant more churches, draw more people to Christ through the Gospel, and advance His Kingdom!
