VBS 2023 Is Almost Here!

Summer is upon us, and it is time to gather in fun and praise the Lord with VBS. Our VBS this year will go from June 12 – 16, every afternoon beginning at 1:00 p.m. We’d like to personally invite you and your kids to join us at Zion for a week filled with fun activities, a focus on God’s heavenly grace in Jesus Christ, and great fellowship as well!

VBS 2023: Keepers of the Kingdom!

The Value of Life is An Adventure Waiting For You at VBS!
Keepers of the Kingdom VBS is packed with teaching that connects the Bible to the real world and gives kids a better understanding of our awe-inspiring Creator and the salvation he offers through Jesus Christ. Defend the castle, lower the gates, and draw your sword as we get ready for a taste of adventure and learning God’s loving truth!

Who can come?

If you’ve completed one year of Sunday School, or if you are 4 years old or older, come join us! We’d love to have you! Our cut off age is going into sixth grade. If you are in jr. or senior high school, maybe you’d like to come help. We have all sorts of ways you can help: from organizing games and treats, to assisting the teams of kids as they go the different stations, or helping other leaders with singing, movies, or more! We also need more adult volunteers, so if you’re interested in helping or purchasing supplies, contact the church.

Registering Your Child for VBS

There are three ways you can register.

1. When you are at the church, look for Registration sheets on the back table in the Narthex, outside of the sanctuary. Fill out a Registration sheet for your child (or children), and give it to the pastor or put it in the church office.
2. Download a Registration sheet right here off our site. Print it and fill it out, and then drop it off at the church. Or, fill it out on your computer and email it as an attachment. Click here for the Registration sheet.
3. Perhaps the easiest method is to register online! Click here to go to our VBS Registration page and fill out the proper fields. Click the submit button, and you’re done! Please note, you have to fill out the online registration form once per each child.

What Will My Child Do?

At Keepers of the Kingdom VBS 2023, kids will learn about how the God who made us as incredible people, His incredible plan for each of us, and the incredible Savior who makes it possible!

Your child will experience different activities in a group of kids that will be sure to become friends. Each group will have some VBS staff and adult volunteers to provide supervision, and all of the activities are designed to be kid-safe with a focus on helping them have a fantastic time as they learn about Jesus!

Each day of the week will focus on Bible stories, games, crafts & activities, songs, and lessons built in. These crazy, fun, activities are designed to help your child have an amazing week learning about our awesome God and His amazing plan for us!

Be sure to join us for a special congregational meal and program at the end of our week!
