As several from our church and community head to Haiti on February 9 – 16, please keep them in your prayers! Use the following as suggestions for how to pray:
Saturday
Pray for travel mercies, and a soft heart to what God is going to do.

Sunday
Pray for genuine, heart worship even in a different culture! Pray for unity with the Haitian Christians.

Monday
Pray for strength to acclimate and work diligently even in foreign places, that God would supply the strength in the heat.

Tuesday
Pray for relationships – to be strengthened in Christ’s love. Pray that God would be glorified in the unity the team displays.

Wednesday
Pray for endurance to finish strong and not become discouraged. Pray that God would encourage and provide spiritual power in amazing ways!

Thursday
Pray for God to draw Americans and Haitians closer to Him! Pray that many would be saved, and that true believers would grow in their faith!

Friday
Pray for a receptive and wise spirit, that teammates would see how God is working in their hearts. Pray for the Lord to prepare them to say goodbye.

Saturday
Pray that God would prepare them to be a light in the US. Pray that teammates would return living transformed lives by what they’ve seen, hungry to share Jesus’ power with all who will listen!

Pray also that God would encourage a “missionary spirit” in Zion, that whether we are “go-ers” or “send-ers” that we all would link arms in sharing His light in the world!
