You are invited to the Zion leadership conference on Sept 24th, at 3pm! This year we will look at “Church Leadership After COVID,” with great topics, opportunities for dialogue and discussion with church leaders from other congregations, a catered fellowship meal, and free resources for all attendees.
Church Leadership After COVID
Saturday, Sept 24th from 3 – 8pm
Zion Evangelical & Reformed Church
This gathering is the perfect opportunity for pastors, elders and deacons, Sunday school teachers, ministry directors, and anyone who cares about our congregations following Jesus. Attending this free conference is a great way to introduce deacons or church leaders to biblical principals for oversight. These few short hours together will, we pray, stretch out for days and years of biblical encouragement!
We will begin at 3pm on Saturday (directions to Zion). Topics will be “Biblical Leadership,” “Incarnational Ministry Presence,” “Ministry After COVID,” and more. There will be a catered meal provided, so please RSVP. Saturday’s programs will wrap up around 8pm.
For those who can, Dr. Ray DeLaurier will be speaking on Sunday, Sept 24th at Zion. Leading the teaching for the Adult Sunday school class, and preaching in the worship service, you are cordially invited to join Zion the following day. (We recognize many attendees will have their own worship duties on Sunday.)
There is no cost or registration to attend, but to assist in the free meal attendees will enjoy, we do ask you to RSVP to ensure enough for all in attendance. You can RSVP by sending an email to pastorbrian AT zionerchurch DOT com. Please include the number of people attending, and any dietary restictions that need to be made clear.
